1. Service Agreement

VIP Carriage Ltd provides pre-booked chauffeur services only. All journeys must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed once a booking is accepted and confirmed by VIP Carriage Ltd. The company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. Pricing Structure

All services are priced based on journey details provided at the time of booking.

Quoted prices may be adjusted if:

  • Journey details are incorrect or incomplete
  • Additional services are requested
  • Waiting time exceeds included limits

All applicable charges (including parking, tolls, congestion, or special access fees) will be added where necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to service unless a credit account has been agreed.

VIP Carriage Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Cancel bookings without payment
  • Refuse service in case of unpaid balances

5. Time Management & Waiting

Time is calculated from the agreed pickup time.

Included waiting:

  • Airports: 60 minutes after landing
  • All other bookings: 15 minutes

Beyond this, waiting is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

6. Flight & Travel Monitoring

Flight tracking is offered as a courtesy. However, the client remains responsible for:

  • Providing correct flight information
  • Informing us of any changes

Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service disruption.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within short notice may incur full charge
  • If a driver has been assigned or dispatched, the journey is chargeable
  • No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking details
  • Ensuring passengers are ready on time
  • Selecting the appropriate vehicle category

VIP Carriage Ltd accepts no responsibility for service issues caused by incorrect information.

9. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

VIP Carriage Ltd maintains a strict professional standard.

Drivers may refuse or terminate service if a passenger:

  • Acts aggressively or abusively
  • Is under the influence to an unsafe degree
  • Risks safety or damages property

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Vehicle Use & Damage

Clients are fully liable for:

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle
  • Excessive cleaning requirements

Repair or cleaning costs will be charged accordingly.

11. Service Limitations

While every effort is made to deliver punctual service, VIP Carriage Ltd is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Road restrictions
  • External events beyond reasonable control

12. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP Carriage Ltd's liability is limited strictly to the value of the booked service.

13. Data Protection

Client information is handled confidentially and used solely for operational purposes.

We do not share or sell personal data.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed under the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
